APPOINTMENTS
We are currently only taking customers by appointments or walk-ins. Book an appointment ONLINE to see the most up to date times available. Walk-in availability are not guaranteed.
LATE POLICY
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to take your appointment and may have to cancel/reschedule you. Please call the store if you are running late so we can accommodate accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you have the ability to do that with our online booking system. If you are unable to do that, please call us directly.
REFUNDS
We offer a 5 day nail fix for gel/dip/acrylic polishes and 3 day fix for regular polish. We will gladly touch up the originally serviced area within these time periods for no extra charge. If you have a nail fix or issues after the grace period, please call the store directly so we can discuss further to find a resolution. We do not offer refunds.
